About Georgios

Being a student and having recently excelled in my GCSEs I know what works for young students my age. I did my GCSEs in the summer of 2022 and ended up achieving 3x9, 3x8, 3x7 and 1x6 all whilst self-teaching all the content to myself. I am now studying A-levels in Maths, Physics, History and Modern Greek and hoping to go on and study civil engineering at university. I try to make my lessons as interesting as possible whilst also having some good chats with my students. At the end of the day one of the most important things when it comes to teaching is having a good relationship with your students. Due to my age I am sure we will be able to connect and gel quicker whilst also being able to relate to one another more.

About the lesson

When it comes to teaching experience, I have been actively helping out KS3 and GCSE classes for 2 lessons each week whilst also completing my work experience in a secondary school. My lessons are specifically for students in secondary school education whether that is KS3 or GCSE. Lessons will be 1 hour long and will be done through a live video call. I will specifically make a personalised plan for you by going over what you need to know for your exam board and go through every topic with you. I will teach you the content and try to simplify and make the content as easy to digest as possible by using real life examples as I know that in my case I found that really useful. Towards the end of the lesson I will give you some questions to answer whilst also being there ready to assist you if needed. After marking the work, I will give you some questions which I will want you to attempt before our next lesson which I will mark, ready for the next lesson.
