About Anna
I am an A-level student who thoroughly enjoyed Biology GCSE. I understand that sciences and STEM subjects are difficult for many and want to make science enjoyable and easy to understand. My Biology teacher always inspired me and her methods of teaching were so beneficial that I did not have to revise before my GCSE and still got a 9 - by sharing these techniques, I hope to relieve academic pressure while improving output and results.

My Biology lessons always begin with an active recall ‘Do Now’ task which reinforces spaced repetition to stimulate long term memory storage. Then, I introduce key terminology and how this should be applied to fit the exam mark scheme. Following this, I present the topic in full detail and outline key information. Then, I will give the student past paper question booklets to complete after the session so I can mark and give feedback. I will also ask the student to teach me the topic as use of the Feynman Technique to see what they retain.
