About Jack
I’m currently in year 12 (lower sixth form) so have only recently completed my GCSEs but as shown by my experience that actually helps me to teach as I have the key knowledge fresh in my mind and can connect with the students better as they see me as more of a peer. I am proud of my strong GCSE results which have inspired me to take up tutoring in my free time which I have thoroughly enjoyed so far.

I tutor online via Google Meets or Zoom. Usually, I start my lessons with some questions and spot weak points in the students' knowledge which we can work on together as I can run through the questions with them. I also love to teach the students new topics to get them ahead in lessons and I can also go over homework tasks with them to ensure they are consolidating the knowledge they learn in class. I find, due to my age, I can get on with my students very well and turn their attitude (hopefully!) into excited to be working outside of the classroom.
