About Sharif
As an IIT Kharagpur student, my success in cracking the IIT-JEE and other engineering/medical exams came not from being a genius, but from being an average student who worked hard and read a lot. My approach as an educator, informed by the rigorous training at IIT Kharagpur, is centered on Conceptual Mastery and transforming students into active problem-solvers. I teach primarily school children (Grades 8-12) across ICSE, CBSE, and IGCSE boards. Instead of rote learning, I use a Concept-First Method, employing real-world visualizations and analogies to make complex topics in Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology tangible and fun. A typical class session is structured around a quick review, a deep conceptual dive where we work through core examples together, and finally, active practice on board-specific problems where I offer immediate, targeted feedback. My special feature is bringing the IIT-level critical thinking and advanced problem-solving strategies directly into the tutoring session. I act as a relatable mentor who teaches students not just what to study, but how to think, helping them build unshakeable confidence and translating deep understanding into high exam scores.
