- as a Special education assistant educator
- as a bilingual educator (Spanish)
- as an elementary mathematics educator (3rd- 5th grade)
- and as a tutor/ small group instructor both in and out of a school setting

- I take time to walk with each student thoroughly through the concept
- I don’t teach them to “memorize” for the test
- I meet each student and ensure that they know they have someone in their corner that supports them and isn’t afraid to help them through their mistakes
- I try to instill a culture of not being afraid of one’s mistakes or failures, and develop a mentality of continuing to try learn from one’s mistakes so to better avoid falling again
