About Rachel
I became interested in working with Deaf students my senior year of high school when I was a mentor in the special education classroom. Some students would communicate using some words in sign language and I became curious about the language and the culture.
I started the Interpreter Education Program at Wilson Community College and graduated with my Associate Degree. I passed the EIPA test and have my NCITLB License.
I am a current Educational Interpreter with experience in religious interpreting as well.
