About Jimmy
I am a physical and health educator with over 10 years of experience. I have been a coach for all ages and sports for over 15 years. I've coached soccer, softball, hockey, lacrosse, golf, and volleyball. I specialize in hockey, lacrosse, and golf as I've played lacrosse and hockey in college and have an avid admiration for the game of golf and always looking for ways to improve. I am a lifelong learner always keeping up to date with the latest skills and tips for getting better in sports. In addition to my education and coaching background, I have over 20 years of experience with strength training and creating my own workout and diet plans.

My teaching method follows an ‘I Do, We Do, You Do’ approach. I first demonstrate and explain each skill, ensuring you understand the how and why. We then practice together with feedback and adjustments, and once you’re confident, you practice independently. Repetition builds both skill and understanding, and every lesson is tailored to your age, skill level, and abilities for safe, effective learning.
