I am a Licensed Professional Teacher with over seven years of experience teaching Filipino. I am passionate about helping students enjoy learning the language, culture, and literature of the Philippines. As a Filipino Teacher, I focus on making learning simple, clear, and effective so students don’t just memorize—they truly understand.
My teaching method is step-by-step and learner-centered. I use easy explanations (English or Taglish), real-life examples, and guided practice so lessons feel familiar and easier to grasp. I adjust my pace depending on the student’s needs, making sure no one is left behind.
A typical lesson starts with a quick review, followed by a clear discussion of the topic, hands-on practice with guidance, and a short recap to lock in understanding.
What makes me different is my patience, adaptability, and focus on building confidence. I create a safe learning space where students are not afraid to ask questions or make mistakes.
