About Eshita
Every lesson is planned, purposeful, and aligned to Ontario curriculum expectations. Sessions follow a consistent routine so students know what to expect and can focus on learning: a quick diagnostic to pinpoint gaps, a focused mini-lesson on the key concept, guided practice with immediate feedback, then independent work with an exit ticket to confirm mastery.
Instruction is clear, calm, and evidence-based. I use precise explanations, worked examples, and targeted practice that builds from foundational skills to exam-style problems. Physics and math are connected to real contexts (motion, forces, circuits; functions, rates of change, trig applications) so understanding sticks and confidence grows.
Progress is visible. Each block of lessons includes short checkpoints, error analysis, and a simple progress summary for students and parents. This transparency shows exactly what has improved and what comes next, so families feel informed and reassured.
Lessons are adapted to the learner. Pacing, examples, and practice sets are adjusted to the student’s course code (SPH3U/4U, MCR3U/MCV4U), current level, and goal (credit upgrade, exam prep, STEM foundation). The approach is supportive but high-standard: students are challenged appropriately and leave each session more capable than they arrived.

Grade level, course codes (e.g., SPH3U, SPH4U, MCR3U, MCV4U), and goals (credit upgrade, exam prep, IELTS math/physics support).
Lesson structure: A simple, repeatable flow (e.g., 5-min diagnostic → 15-min concept mini-lesson → 25-min guided practice → 10-min independent practice + exit ticket).
Methods: Problem-based learning, conceptual + numerical balance, real-life applications (e.g., kinematics with sports, circuits with household devices), and Ontario achievement chart alignment (K/U, T/I, C, A).
Materials: Custom notes, practice sets, rubrics, and quick quizzes aligned to curriculum expectations.
Outcomes: What students can do after a block of lessons (e.g., “solve SUVAT problems confidently,” “master derivatives for curve sketching,” “raise test scores by 10–20%”).
