I am a passionate teacher who has a love of learning and helping my students achieve success. I enjoy watching my students grow and build confidence. I have been a classroom teacher in the Elementary setting, and I have also tutored at the high school and elementary level.

As a tutor, I believe it is important to build strong relationships with my students and find out the best way my students learn. With this information, I am better able to teach my students in a way that they will understand. A typical lesson plan model I like to implement is the gradual release model. This follows an "I do, We do, you do" approach to learning. As a teacher, I enjoy helping my students achieve success and build confidence. My lessons are tailored to K-12 students needing help with reading, writing, math, spelling, English, social studies, or any other core subject.
