I am a certified Special Education teacher and academic coach with over a decade of experience supporting middle and high school students in both virtual and in-person settings. I specialize in helping learners who struggle with focus, organization, motivation, or confidence—and I approach every session with patience, structure, and a genuine belief that every student can succeed with the right support. My Teaching Methods & Techniques
As a tutor, I focus on clear instruction, individualized support, and building confidence—especially for students who learn differently or need extra help staying organized, motivated, and focused. With over a decade of experience teaching grades 6–11 in a virtual public school, I specialize in making learning accessible, engaging, and manageable for neurodiverse students, including those with ADHD, Autism, learning disabilities, or anxiety.

I use an evidence-based, student-centered approach that blends:

- Chunking and scaffolding to make assignments feel doable
- Executive-function coaching (planning, prioritizing, task breakdown)
- Modeling & think-alouds so students can see the “how” behind the work
