About Kristin
I enjoy learning, reading, hiking, and exploring. I have been teaching for 20 years in a variety of ways. I have taught in public and private schools, home school co-ops, outdoor education in forest schools, and private tutoring. I own two wild huskies and have a daughter that loves a good adventure.

I enjoy seeing where students are at, hearing goals and helping them achieve those goals. If they have homework they need help with I am here to help. I want to hear all their questions and help them better understand concepts. If I can make it tactile, engaging, related to how they experience the world and life I feel they are more able to apply techniques. I am extremely patient, I will try a variety of methods and approaches to best meet students how they individually learn. I myself am a lifelong learner always learning new tricks as an individual.
