Perfect! Had taken private sessions with her and the classes were great. She makes you focus on the breath while doing the poses and deeply experience the movements. On the day I wasn't feeling good, we did restorative form of yoga, showing that her classes are adaptive to your needs.

Perfect! Moulika is a great yoga teacher. She is very empathetic and really knows how to get the best out of students with any level of skill. My husband and I started with in person classes and we are currently doing virtual, both have been equally great. Highly recommend!

Perfect! Moulika Mam is an excellent and professional teacher with years of experience. She has patience and does individualized sessions tailored to the needs and condition of the practioner. There is constant feedback in the sessions (from both sides). She and the practioner set weekly goals together. I personally find this a very good practice. She has a holistic view and also gives advice on lifestyle, nutrition, positive thinking, etc. beyond just yoga practice. The sessions are structured in a coherent way. From session to session, there is an escalation of the exercises in terms of difficulty and complexity according to the level of the student. I can highly recommend her. Istvan
