About Aubrey
I am a woman who wears many hats. I'm a dancer, former competitor, choreographer, dance teacher & 18-plus years as a dance studio owner. I’m also a Momma of two strong willed teenagers, a devoted wife, sister, friend, certified life and wellness coach, entrepreneur, dance studio owner, wellness advocate, key note speaker, globally published author, certified yoga instructor, Podcast Co-Host: HarvestingU, Certified Reiki Master, mindfulness & Somatic Wellness. I'm sharing my coaching and wellness tips and tricks on how to survive and thrive wintin your mind, bidy and soul. I have navigated the wellness, fitness and dance industry's from all avenues- in live convention workshops, dance studios and 1:1 private training, coaching and more. As a dance studio owner for over 18 years who has coached hundreds of students and their parents through a formative time in their lives, a working Momma myself, who is managing multiple medical challenges in my family, and through my work as a certified life and wellness coach- I have learned that when you lean into your inner strengths, releasing unproductive guilt, stopping negative self-talk and unlock the mind/body/soul connection. You are able to harness the power of your authentic self to achieve your life goals and overcome obstacles. Developing a heightened awareness and navigating a healthier and happier path for yourself, your children/family and your community.
