About Daniel
I'm Dan, a life and career coach. In my day job I work for Google, but my real passion is in coaching.
I know what it's like to feel lost, stuck, and out of energy. My orientation was always toward pleasing other people and making progress. It felt safe and predictable to anchor to progress, and besides, I didn't know what the alternative was. I didn't even know what my own needs were. But I was on autopilot and my life lacked excitement and a deeper enrichment.
This way of being and view of the world negatively impacted all aspects of my life - relationships, career, and self-worth.
I needed a change. So I decided to hit the reset button on life.
I made the decision to live in alignment with my values rather than blindly obey my fears. In doing so, my goals shifted to impact, excitement and connection rather than safety and progress. My journey has been about discovering and asserting my authentic self. When we know ourselves and we have the courage to truly be ourselves in the presence of others, we're happier and make better relationship and career decisions. We feel lighter and less resentful. We choose a career and people to surround ourselves with that truly suit us.

Using ontological coaching, we’ll look at how your thoughts, emotions, and language shape the way you see and navigate the world. Together, we’ll uncover patterns that might be holding you back and build a deeper sense of self-awareness. My goal is to help you gain clarity, confidence, and practical tools to create meaningful change and achieve what truly matters to you.
