About DrSobina

I am Dr. Sobina Gujral, a Life Coach with a PhD in Electronics and a certified Life Coaching training (Beginner to Advanced). My journey through academics, life transitions, and personal growth has given me deep insight into stress, self-doubt, emotional struggles, and relationship challenges that many people face today.

Why I Chose to Become a Life Coach?

Life has taken me through different roles — a dedicated student, an engineer, a researcher, a PhD scholar, a wife, a mother and so on. Each phase taught me something powerful about human strength, emotional resilience, and the silent struggles people carry behind their achievements.

While pursuing my academic journey in Electronics, I understood logic, systems, structure, and problem-solving. But life beyond textbooks taught me something equally important — emotions, relationships, self-doubt, pressure, identity shifts, and the courage it takes to start again.

I have experienced the intensity of academic expectations, the discipline required to complete a PhD, and the emotional transitions that come when life priorities change. I know what it feels like to question yourself, to wonder if you are doing enough, and to search for clarity while managing responsibilities.

Over time, I realized that many intelligent, capable people struggle not because they lack ability — but because they lack emotional support, clarity, and confidence. They feel unheard, overwhelmed, or stuck between expectations and inner desires.

That realization is why I chose life coaching.

For me, life coaching is not about giving advice. It is about creating a safe space where someone can pause, reflect, understand themselves, and move forward with strength. I believe every individual has answers within — sometimes they just need structured guidance, compassionate listening, and practical tools to access them.

My background in engineering helps me approach problems systematically. My life experiences help me understand emotions deeply. My coaching training helps me bridge the two — logic and heart.

I want to help:
• Students struggling with pressure and self-doubt
• Professionals feeling stuck or stressed
• Women navigating identity and career transitions
• Individuals facing relationship confusion or emotional imbalance

I want to help people realize that they are not weak for feeling overwhelmed — they are human. And with clarity, awareness, and the right mindset tools, they can rebuild confidence and direction.

Life coaching, for me, is not a profession alone — it is a purpose rooted in empathy, resilience, and growth.

If my journey can help someone feel stronger, calmer, and more confident, then this path is meaningful to me.

I believe that every person already has strength within — sometimes we just need clarity, direction, and the right support to unlock it. My role is to help you understand yourself better, overcome mental blocks, and move toward a more confident and peaceful life.
