About Natalie
I’m Natalie, a Coach from London who loves people and believes in the inherent beauty of the mundane and spectacular moments that define our daily lives. My coaching experience has evolved into me heading a department at a homeless charity as I dedicate the majority of my time to a career ensuring everyone has a home in the UK. I value justice, curiosity and authenticity as I have learnt the need for these qualities from the communities I’ve worked with and supported. Through coaching people at their lowest ebb and seeing their tenacity propel them to fulfilling and joyful lives, I have come to trust in people’s infinite potential. It would be an honour to help you reveal and trust in yours.

I believe that each person has within them all the resources they will ever need to overcome present challenges and discover the unique strengths that will enable them to live their most fulfilling lives. Through coaching sessions characterised by considered, open and value-driven questions, I will encourage you to unearth your intrinsic belief system and deeper purpose. Through this process, you can then draw motivation and inspiration for proactive, day to day decision making which will align with your long term goals. I encourage a healthy balance between self-compassion and accountability, enabling you to reach your potential whilst ensuring it is sustainable. My approach encourages people to view all outcomes and consequences as feedback for reflection which can further connect you to your intuition and identity. After years of experience coaching individuals through stress; relationship breakdowns; employment insecurity; addiction and mental ill-health, I have become adept at helping people realise the excellence that has allowed them to survive these experiences. The next step is to apply these models of resilience & flexibility to the pursuit of their greatest desires.
