About Juliet

I am a life coach and educator shaped by cross-cultural living, creative practice, and years of working closely with individuals navigating adversity, transition, and self-discovery.

I am Mexican and American, and I have lived and worked internationally, including in Israel, where I supported children growing up amid social and political division. I also worked in Harlem and Brooklyn schools for 7 years helping families transition into a new culture and making a new country their home. My work there—and elsewhere—deepened my understanding of identity, belonging, and the emotional impact of living within polarized or high-pressure environments. These experiences inform a coaching approach that is culturally sensitive, trauma-aware, and rooted in empathy.

As a teacher, I have worked with children affected by poverty, religious intolerance, disabilities, and instability, helping them build confidence, language, and a sense of agency. As a coach, I extend this work to adults—supporting individuals navigating emotionally and physically abusive relationships, rebuilding self-worth, strengthening boundaries, and rediscovering their voice.

Creativity is central to my practice. With a background in art, I often incorporate reflective and art-based tools inspired by principles of art as a therapeutic practice—not as clinical art therapy, but as a way to access insight, expression, and clarity beyond words. Creative reflection can be especially powerful for those working through social anxiety, identity shifts, or long-held self-doubt.

My coaching style is conversational, grounded, and intentional. Sessions are a space to think out loud, process experiences, and transform reflection into action. Together, we set realistic weekly goals focused on confidence-building, decision-making, social connection, and personal growth.

I work with adolescents and adults who are seeking clarity during transitions, support in building self-confidence, or a thoughtful, human-centered approach to growth. My role is not to fix or diagnose—but to listen deeply, ask meaningful questions, and help clients reconnect with their own strength and direction.

My approach is rooted in my background as an educator working with children and families navigating poverty, religious intolerance, and trauma-related challenges. These experiences shaped a coaching style that is deeply empathetic, culturally aware, and focused on building trust, voice, and agency.

Rather than a rigid or prescriptive model, I use a conversational, reflective approach that creates space for honest dialogue while gently guiding adults or children toward clarity and forward movement. I believe sessions should leave clients feeling at ease and more prepared to make changes, choices, or feel closer to peace with a situation. Sessions balance listening with intentional questioning, helping clients make sense of their experiences and setting goals to move forward
