ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
• SET-UP several COMPANIES, helped others to do so, Have a huge BUSINESS MIND that never quits storming
o Developed INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY in: Investments, Healthcare, Sales, Fund Raising
o WROTE BOOKS in: Instruction Manuals for Front Desk Operations in Hospitality Industry, 10 (300 page) 5* cookbooks, How to Organize Your Sales Approach
o TRAINED those in: All departments in Hospitality Industry, Aestheticians in business set ups & sales, Collections for rental properties, Interior Designers in Sales, Apartment Managers in balancing their monthly monsters (reports), non-profits how to do fund raising & run their org like a for profit business.
o Did SALES: In design. Also taught design sales team with my: How to Organize Your Sales Approach System, was in top 5% of sales teams in most companies I did sales for, Was #1 Salesperson in the world for 1 International Sales Company, Personally, did more sales in 3 months flat for a pharmaceutical sales company than the whole company had accomplished in the previous year, Took a rental property (200 units) that had sat at 32% occupancy for 3 years straight to 100% in 3 months flat.
o Did FUND RAISING as a hobby: (Since age 14 have done fund raising for organizations as a hobby to use my natural skills in sales to their advantage): I sold more tickets for an auto raffle than the whole organization combined. (I was asked to join the board of the March of Dimes). I helped with The St Jude’s Children’s Hospital New Home Raffle. I got all of their realtor size signs advertising their raffle all installed at all expressway ramps in 1 night, worked in their telethon, sold tickets at the open house & just generally helped all around.
o Started NATION’S ONLY 501-C-3 NONPROFIT to help victims of identity theft. Started a national 500-million-dollar fund raiser for the organization.
• Now do LIFE COACHING & try to help you focus on your goals. Help you get from point A to where you want to be. I can help with anything to do with BUSINESS, ORGANIZATIONAL SKILLS (for at home or work) & in SALES or MARKETING.
• I was invited to TEACH Dale Carnegie’s CLASSES in “How to Make Friends & Influence People”. I was told I was a “natural”! I have enjoyed all of my accomplishments, but never had the time to teach their classes.
• If you are ready to put in the work – I am ready & willing to jump in & supply pointers along your way. I do NOT attempt to do any work FOR you – I am here to help you better ORGANIZE & have time to ACCOMPLISH AMAZING THINGS all by yourself. I start my mornings with a big to do list. I spend my day checking it off & moving on. I end the day by getting tomorrow’s list ready. It’s amazing what you can accomplish when you are focused & motivated.

Details
$100/hour per individual. $300/hour for training sales teams, collections teams, groups who have joined together to have a group session or sessions to help them achieve their life's goals through a Zoom meeting. Will come to you if you pay travel, lodging and food expense on top of the session fee.
4th & 8th lesson are both 1/2 price (THAT is the 1 hour free that's stated.)
