I offer individual life coaching to adults experiencing a range of life stressors- including bad habits and addiction. Some people may identify with the clinical terms that describe their struggles, while others relate to the lived experiences associated with these terms. Regardless, I can help you.
When we experience something outside the realm of normal — something that threatens our sense of safety, and well-being — it can result in emotional responses such as fear, helplessness, shame and powerlessness. I can help you to manage and alleviate these feelings and find a way to make sense of your conflicting emotions.
