About Isha
Although I carry a degree in economics, every minute of my free time is spent participating in nutrition studies, nutrition research and of course working out in the gym and meal prepping my own healthy meals. I believe experience is the best teacher and that is how I obtained the bulk of my knowledge. Science and classroom teaching can only do so much, my passion has driven me to continually research how to obtain a healthy weight loss, fat loss and gain muscle through proper nutrition and now I’m here to pass this information on

My teaching method is pretty individualized. I want to get to know you and your goals and your struggles. We will first tackle myths of the fitness world and debunk the worst methods of weight loss. We will then cover proper nutrition in terms of what macros you need, the value of each food in your diet and which foods to incorporate specific to each goal. Then comes the fitness and diet portion. We will go through different healthy diet and fitness regimens and how they relate to different body types and how they can help you achieve your goal.
