I am a Swimmer and Surf Life Saver and I have been training and competing in both my entire life. I have primarily trained Surf Life Saving and I am a patient teacher that understands that each individual has their own needs.

Personally, I have been swimming and surf life saving all my life therefore, I understand that the method of teaching is the key to a positive and progressive skill. The four main strokes are only one component of swimming as each person has their own individual needs and requirements to formulate their own style. Each aspect of each stroke needs to be focused on individually over time in accordance with the swimmers own needs.
