About Melissa
Edgewood College Graduate. Ran in college. Started running when I was 11 years old. I love running and what it has done for my life. Ran cross country and track at Sauk Prairie for Dan Winzenried. I am right now the Head Coach at St. Ambrose Academy. I want to implement a lot of training ideas from coaches I had in middle school, high school, and college. Even though my own running career is overI also coached at Waunakee High School and Edgewood College under great head coaches.
