About Claire

I practiced different sports. The day I started the sport, I understood that it was a commitment and that it would be for life.

I became a coach by vocation. I have always wanted to encourage and help people improve.

I work without prejudice but with sincerity.

About the lesson

Motivating and encouraging are part of my pedagogy. In the sessions is integrated the search for progress by a construction of the swimmer or the swimmer by the well-being and the pleasure.
With investment and rigor, improvement will happen day by day and the results will not only be in swimming but also in personal development.
