I've led meditations to help BOMBshell Intelligent women (6 girls who entered and completed the BOMBshell Intelligence™ program) unlock the doors to their inner world; gain perspective and clarity of feelings, thoughts, states, experiences, etc.; practice and maintain mindfulness; and gain a steady and vaster head-space.
The meditation has proved to help the girls open their minds, take on different perspectives, and make more confident and reliable decisions.
