About Nikol
I am a fourth year student, studying Linguistics with the hopes on woking as a speech language pathologist.
I have been working with children for 7 years, 3 of those years being in a learning/school setting.
I now work full time as an operations manager and run the HR department for the company.
I am very patient and want to help children thrive in a learning setting. I understand the tradition school environment is difficult for many children and that most cannot learn that way, which is why I want to help those kids.
My goal is to help children learn how to thrive in a public school learning style by developing their own tips and tricks and by giving them the extra time they need.

I'm all about hands on learning.
Using my experience in the school board and in the speech clinic, I have seen first hand that children learn best with hands on activities.
My typical lesson plans will vary depending on age and goals.
Lessons are for school age children -ages ranging from 4-14
