If you're looking for a teacher who is not fake and will keep it real with you, then look no further. As a 2023 Teacher of the Year semi-finalist with 20 years experience, I still love and I am dedicated to my craft. I love teaching children about academics as well as daily life skills that are needed to be a productive citizen in society.

About the lesson

I specialize in developing culturally relevant practices that motivates learners to become intrinsically motivated.
This method of personalized learning, helps students have more ownership over their academics. A typical lesson consists of student driven and hands on experience that connects with real world experiences. I was a student who was diagnosed with a learning disability and was able to persevere through my own struggles to obtain my doctorate degree in education to help other struggling learners.
