About Basil
I work as copy editor for Klipsun Magazine, a long-running, award-winning student publication at Western Washington University. I enjoy writing poetry, short and long form fiction, and essays in all forms. I have over five years' experience with persuasive speaking and writing, and have won numerous speaker awards in academic debate. In my free time, I climb, hike, and swim. I have also worked as a wildland firefighter for the last three summers.
