As a kid, I always wanted to write. I still have that same passion, but feel that all too often certain styles of writing are deemed sub-par; literacy is hardly taught with the student's individual needs in mind; curriculums are either outdated or too juvenile to do much good. I aim to meet people where they are at, and show them the beauty of literary art in a more personal and fun environment. Never should a student feel "forced" to enjoy reading and writing; that does everyone involved a disservice.
