About Sarah
Yoga has been a key part of my life for over 5 years. In the past year I have taught in local Melbourne Studios and Community spaces, specialising in Hatha Yoga and the mind, body and breath connection. As a yoga instructor, I strive to help beginner yogis feel comfortable in their space, learn essential postures, and ensure a safe practice for everyone. My mission as a yoga instructor is to create space free of judgment, to share my personal experience, in hope to inspire and encourage students to take the necessary steps to self understanding in their own lives.
I completed my 200 RYT with the accredited Akasha Yoga Academy.

My classes focus on the mind, body and breath connection, and uses this methodology to create ..... My classes can range from beginner to intermediate, with the invitation to move as slow through the class as your breath and body is calling. The class incorporates asana flows, meditations and breathing exercises.
