The way I can teach is the same way I learned, by collaboration. The mechanics and the functionality of playing an instrument is easy enough for anyone to find without a teacher. With Youtube alone you're set in that regard. What I can offer to anyone willing to spend time with me working on their craft is insight. As you'll come to find on your musical journey, there is a BIG difference between playing, and playing with other people. The later being what takes you from good to great. Not to mention being able to ask questions, get feedback, and build a new relationship with your own ability.
I am a self made acoustic guitar singer/songwriter. I love music so much that I have been playing longer than I have owned a guitar. I have written over a dozen songs, and learned dozens of songs. Played in bands, performed live, and am looking to pass on any useful knowledge I have to someone who loves music as much as I do.
I will require a 2 hour advance notice of any cancellations. If a student cancels less than 2 hours before the start of a lesson, or misses the lesson entirely, they will be charged a $10.00 cancellation fee. For tardy students, they will be charged for the full hour.
