As an RCI Licensed Psychologist, currently working as a school counselor and having experience as a PGT Psychology in a reputed school, I am dedicated to helping children and families navigate life’s challenges. Working with children is not just a profession but a passion, driven by the belief that every child can grow into a confident, emotionally healthy individual with the right support.

My empathetic, non-judgmental approach allows children to feel heard and understood, creating a safe space for them to open up. Being young allows me to relate to children in a way that is approachable and authentic. My non-judgmental attitude fosters trust, helping them feel comfortable expressing their thoughts and emotions without fear of criticism.

Additionally, my articles in *Psychologs Magazine* on anger management and positive discipline reflect my commitment to offering practical, research-based advice to parents and educators, fostering emotional resilience and healthy behavior in children.

About the lesson

As a licensed psychologist with extensive experience as a PGT Psychology educator, I bring a unique blend of theoretical knowledge, practical insight, and a deep understanding of human behavior to my teaching approach. I am not only trained to teach but also to understand the emotional and cognitive needs of my students. My goal is not only to impart academic knowledge but also to foster an environment where students can connect psychological concepts to their everyday lives and personal growth.
I believe that psychology is a living, breathing subject that becomes most engaging when students can relate to it directly. My teaching approach combines modern and interactive techniques to keep students engaged and motivated. I use a blend of the case studies and real life examples, active learning strategies and personalised learning.My classes are ideal for school children (grades 11 and 12) who are preparing for board exams, as well as for college-level students studying psychology as part of their degree program. I also offer personalized coaching for adults interested in exploring psychology for personal development or career advancement.
