About Ian
Coming from a family that learned Spanish as a second language, High school and college Spanish courses were fun and engaging. I’ve also been certified as a Spanish medical interpreter. I have developed Spanish learning curriculums for programs like Livemocha (later acquired by Rosetta Stone) And thoroughly enjoyed worldwide travel to many Latino countries where I have loved exploring, Immersing myself in the culture and getting to love the people. I love to learn Spanish and teach Spanish.

My teaching method is very methodical and meets you wherever you are at. I can build on whatever knowledge level you have and begin with basics such as vowel sounds and proper pronunciation, basic rules on word accentuation, adequate vocabulary and verb conjugations for your level of learning. Depending on your aptitude and desire, we can move as quickly or slowly through the material to help you the most.
