About Jia kai
I am from Taipei City, Taiwan and have been teaching Chinese as a part-time job for about a year. I am currently a medical school teacher aspiring to be a doctor, however I learned English through school in Taiwan and have a good basis of how to teach Chinese to native English speakers. I can guarantee your Mandarin will improve with practice and speaking, and practicing with a native speaker rather than an app is the best method for real and useful Chinese.

I am a native speaker who has worked with people of all backgrounds. Through listen and repeat as well as repetition and tone practice, you will be able to gradually build your mandarin skills. I am able to base my teaching off of what you need whether that be going by HSK level or TOCFL level and will work with you wherever your needs are!
