Hello! I'm Aneyone, a certified yoga instructor from the UK. I hold a diploma in yoga and have over one year of experience guiding students toward improved flexibility, inner calm, and better health through consistent, mindful practice. I teach yoga online, making it easy and accessible for students from anywhere in the world. Whether you're just starting or looking to deepen your practice, I offer customized sessions that align with your body, goals, and comfort level.
