About Aren

I am a Los Angeles-based life coach and creative professional with a deep background in human behavior, communication, and personal development. My approach is direct, empathetic, and grounded in real experience — not just theory.

I have navigated complex relationships, high-pressure environments, and major life transitions both personally and professionally. That lived experience is what I bring into every session. I understand what it feels like to be stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of the next move — and I know how to help you find it.
My coaching draws from positive psychology, conflict resolution, and relationship dynamics — frameworks that are research-backed and immediately practical. But more than methodology, I bring presence. I listen deeply, speak honestly, and hold space for the kind of conversations most people never get to have.

I work with individuals at every stage of life — young adults finding their footing, professionals navigating workplace dynamics, and anyone ready to do the real work of becoming who they actually want to be.

About the lesson

Real talk, no fluff. My coaching sessions are built around you — your goals, your challenges, your life. We cut through the noise and get to what actually matters.

A typical session starts with where you are. What's working, what isn't, and what's getting in the way. From there we build — practical tools from positive psychology, conflict resolution frameworks that actually hold up under pressure, and personal development strategies you can use the same day we talk about them.

What sets me apart is that I don't coach from a script. I bring real life experience, emotional intelligence, and a direct communication style that meets you where you are without letting you stay stuck there.

Relationship challenges, career pivots, conflict at work or at home, building confidence, finding direction — if it's affecting your quality of life we can work on it.

This is for anyone ready to stop circling the problem and start moving through it. One session can change the direction of a conversation. A few can change the direction of a life.
