About Tanya
I have my Level2 Reiki Certificate as well as my 200 hr yoga teachers certificate. I am a mom of 2 girls and drive for Lyft in my spare time. It’s their my passengers share their day and I do like tonlisten and share positive affirmations and encouragement. I would be happy to instruct yoga and meditation through this platform.

I have been Practicing yoga for over 10 years and have a daily meditation practice in place. I know about pain, illness & addictions first hand. I have put myself back together many times and am now maintaining a healthy lifestyle that I wish to share knowledge and techniques with others. I know What it feels like to carry heavy emotional baggage and what it takes to get out of that despair as well. My goal is to uplift and inspire my clients and maintain happy positive life stance.
