About Jennifer
I have dedicated my entire career to the field of customer service, and throughout my journey, I've gained invaluable insights into the importance of understanding and enhancing the user experience. Over 20 years ago, I discovered the world of marketing, which sparked a realization: by applying my extensive knowledge of hospitality to reverse engineer user experiences, I could craft effective brand and marketing strategies that authentically reflect our unique identities. This approach is essential in today’s digital and physical landscapes, which are constantly evolving. My professional background spans a diverse array of industries, including mental health, construction, hospitality, legal services, marketing agencies, startups, and finance. Despite this variety, one common thread links all these sectors—they fundamentally involve selling to people. Drawing on my academic background in Sociology, combined with decades of observing behavioral patterns and trends, I am able to develop comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with consumers and effectively position brands in the desired markets. In addition to my professional expertise, I hold the title of Reiki Master, which complements my holistic approach to interactions and well-being. My passion for animals, particularly dogs, enriches my life and fuels my love for nature, specifically gardening and nurturing plants. I am a strong advocate for diversity and cultural awareness, as I believe that these elements form the rich tapestry of the human experience and contribute to what makes each individual and community uniquely valuable in our global society.
