About the lesson
I will give lessons to any willing athlete. Put in the work and I promise there will be results.
* IN PERSON TRAINING- warmups, drills, workout, cool down
*NUTRITION PLAN- based on athlete (Will have a personal google spread sheet)
*LECTURES- science behind track and field (Link each week for a new topic)
*VIDEOS- specific drills, techniques, stretches, and more
*GYM- on chosen days I will meet at Planet Fitness with a specified workout. 1 Athlete (Buddy pass), 2+/group (Come with a membership) !!!16 yrs+!!!
- Long jump
I am a student athlete in college. I was recruited for track and field and go to school on scholarship. My events consist of the triple jump, hurdles, and a few running events. In the past I have competed in USATF competitions, Heptathlons, State Championships, and Collegiate Championships. My biggest accomplishment was being selected to represent the state of Massachusetts for the USA team in Australia for The Down Under Championships.
