About Kayode

Over the past years, I have become enamoured with the process of teaching and learning of English as a Second Language (ESL). As a graduate of English (Ed) with a 2.1 from Adekunle Ajasin University, I have had the opportunities of teaching and preparing students from JSS 2 to SS3. These students have been coming out with flying colours.

In my four years of preparing students for WAEC, NECO, GCE, UTME as well as IELTS in Ferscoat Comprehensive Academy, no student has ever failed English language. This is in my opinion is one of the many reasons hiring me would be the best option you would make for your child. With this experience of more than six years, I have been able to help a lot of students realise their potentials and get outstanding grades in their various examinations even outside the Ferscoat Schools.

With an MA (Language) from the University of Lagos, I have a good mastery of the subject matter. I explain each of the topics thoroughly; we tackle a lot of questions together, give a summary of what has been done at the end of each lesson and review all at the end of each week as well as the month.
In order for the students to have a concrete idea of what is being taught, I make use of the Communicative Language Approach (CLA). With this, instructions, lessons are tailored towards the students’ needs as well as the learning style. Classes are made lively and your wards are able to express themselves with beaming confidence. I will definitely be a good option for your child.
