About Kara
I'm a student of life with many hobbies and interests, ranging from acting to reading to hiking in the great outdoors. I enjoy getting to know people and love the world of education and how it impacts us. I have a passion for working with young people because I know how formative those years can be, and I would love to have a positive influence on the next generation!

English
Learning should be fun and relate to our real lives. I get to know my students and form real connections with them so that they feel comfortable when focusing on the material. It makes the lesson more joyful and, therefore, memorable.
I have experience tutoring children and adults of all ages. I have a degree in Theatre and also studied English and Russian in school, so I have an appreciation for language in general. I enjoy reading and writing immensely and have such a passion for helping people learn and have "lightbulb" moments!
