About Vidhi

Hi, I’m Vidhi! I’m a passionate and focused Year 11 student at Mac.Rob, currently accelerating in both Year 12 Mathematical Methods and Year 12 Biology. I was thrilled to gain entrance to Mac.Rob in 2023 with 4 superiors, and I’ve continued to achieve Academic Awards in both Year 9 and 10. Before that, I was a full scholarship student at my previous grammar school. As a tutor, I believe every student learns differently, so I adapt my lessons to suit their style and pace. I like breaking down tricky topics into simple, clear steps and then building them back up so students really understand the “why,” not just the “how.” My lessons are interactive, encouraging questions, discussion, and problem-solving, rather than rote learning. I’ve worked with younger students to strengthen their foundations and with more advanced learners who want to be challenged. My goal is not only to improve marks, but also to build confidence, curiosity, and a love for learning. I want my students to leave each lesson feeling proud of their progress and motivated for the next step.

About the lesson

I design every lesson around the individual student, whether it’s building confidence in the basics or pushing further with extension work. My goal is to make maths and science clear, engaging, and even fun!

I teach in person (Point Cook) or online, using interactive tools to keep students involved and motivated. My lessons are usually 45–60 minutes, which I have found is the perfect balance for focus and progress from previous tutoring experience. I mainly work with Years 5–9, helping students not just keep up, but really excel.

I also have prior experience tutoring a Year 6 student, supporting her to both consolidate her maths foundations and explore advanced concepts with confidence.
