About Hazel
I am a Python tutor with more than 3 years of experience and an MSc in Mathematics and Machine Learning. I believe coding is about problem-solving and creativity, not just syntax. My approach highlights conceptual clarity, structured practice, and innovative thinking. Students explore core topics like loops, recursion, and algorithms in engaging ways. I encourage multiple solution paths to build flexibility and confidence. My lessons often use real-world case studies to show Python’s applications. Learners also gain practice in debugging and analyzing code. For advanced students, I include topics like machine learning libraries and API integration. Competitions and interviews are common goals for my students, and I provide tailored preparation. I adapt each lesson to the learner’s strengths and challenges. My style is supportive but demanding, encouraging growth step by step. I want students to see coding as both logical and imaginative. Python is a language that opens endless doors. Together, we can explore those doors and unlock your full coding potential.

I teach Python by connecting logic with creativity. My lessons begin with foundational topics like variables, loops, and lists. Each session includes coding practice, problem-solving, and review of solutions. I encourage learners to test multiple approaches to build flexibility. Debugging is used as a learning tool, not just an error-fix. As learners gain confidence, we explore data handling, APIs, and automation. My methodology combines structured exercises with open-ended projects. Coding-averse learners are guided with patience and clarity. Analysts are pushed to think critically about efficiency and design. I adapt the pace to match each learner’s comfort level. My goal is to make Python both practical and enjoyable. Lessons are designed to build independence as well as skill. Together, we’ll use Python to strengthen problem-solving and open new opportunities.
