About Niall
Would you like a professional tutor that inspires confidence and is very reliable? You have come to the right place!
Over the course of 5 years I have had 3 tutoring positions: one teaching handicapped students with the aim of trying to get them a grade C in Maths GCSE; one teaching an A-level student to get a target grade of A for a university in Australia; and one teaching a 3 year old how to do simple mathematics such as addition and multiplication and their inverses.
All of my students so far have achieved the grades targeted for them, or in the case of the 3 years old, whom I taught just for fun while at work experience at a nursery, was able in the end to do maths he wouldn't have been taught again for at least 5 years.
Myself, I have a 2:1 in Mathematics and Physics, I studied Mathematics at A level along with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and achieved final A-level grades of A* (Maths), B (Chemistry), B (Biology) and C (Physics). Throughout my time as a student I was usually sort out for advice in different areas or my subjects and was even given a reward in Physics twice for my ability in the class room and my compassion in helping others with their homework and mock exams.

I will give tutoring lessons to A level students and below, so any student who is studying for their A2 exams or AS, GCSE, SAT etc will be eligible for my lessons.
My lesson pattern will involve learning a new thing and going over the basic parts of that thing, then going through some questions together and explaining not just how we got to the answer but why and asking the student to build towards their own logical answers.
Doing questions on your own will be part of the lesson because sometimes the best way to learn mathematics is to jump in and try, but before you do that you will need an idea of how the equations work.
I am very easy going and easy to get along with, but more importantly I am patient and willing to encourage students to reach their own conclusions than to cheat and tell them the answers instead,
