About Maddie
Maddie is a gentle soul. She is kind, attentive and patient to all beings and finds the best approach to teaching is meeting students where they are on the mat and in their lives. Our tendencies and habits show up on the yoga mat, and that is where we can work effectively with them. It is the journey of yoga to learn to cultivate the inner and outer strength to meet our habits with compassion and an intention of balance. Maddie is here to help guide her students to a place of greater holistic health.

Maddie grew up in the Midwest and had an intense awakening after completing her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. This led her to the beautiful Ocala National Forest to the Amrit Yoga Institute where she lived and studied, immersed in living yoga.
Maddie has many years of teaching experience, and currently works with both yoga teachers and students to coach and mentor.
She has embarked on a beautiful journey of the soul through yoga, and she is passionate about supporting and guiding others through their own unique and beautiful journeys.
