About Amanda
I have honours Bachelor of Science and Bachelor Education with over 11 years teaching on beautiful northern Ontario First Nations. I have taught in large settings with thirty students to having very few students in my class. I am an excellent one on one tutor and have taught in an online setting, as well.

I try to provide more than one way of completing problems. It helps to draw pictures or use graphs or charts. It is always nice to prove when you can often check the answer. I love math and use the collaboration idea to cooperatively explore and have a growth mindset when it comes to learning difficult concepts. It’s also helpful to set goals and see improvement comes with practice.
