About Thomas
I am a current Teacher In Training re-learning my field of interest; Japanese, humanities, and English as a Second Language. I'm an experienced tutor with 6 years of training, coaching children, adolescents, VCE students, and adults from diverse learning backgrounds. I aim to further study as a teacher aide in the future and am considering enrolling as I speak. I love learning foreign languages. Chinese and Korean will be my fourth and fifth languages. Humanities is a field I have studied and now I'm taking classes to centralize my teaching to students like you. I wish to learn as I go and unpack knowledge never calibrated before.

My lessons are constructed into three main parts. Background. Activity. Summary. It is kinesthetic, meaning you will be applying your knowledge not only in theoretical-based questions, however, there will be opportunities to demonstrate your learning through practical exercises such as building projects, assignments, literature analysis, and other fun, enjoyable measures to make learning a memorable experience. Further, the main bulk of the lesson will mainly be critical thinking discussions instead of me walk and chalking the topic through. You will also be my key player to bring insight into our class. Always come in with an inquisitive mind. Thoroughly thought-out questions will lead to, again, insightful learning. We don't judge in our class. We inspire knowledge. The last part of the lesson is simply a summary and a recap of our learning activities. Homework and mild building blocks of classwork will certainly add to your learning experience. My lesson does not end unless you have taken away at least one main message from my class. Our aim is to have fun and to plan brighter, sophisticatedly enhanced modes of learning together.

Thomas is a very nice guy. He is a very sociable person from my observation - he tends to make friends everywhere he goes! He is a member of many clubs at uni and from my observation, tends to get along with the people he meets.
He has a good heart I feel - the fact that he wants to be a teacher tells me that he wishes to invest in the future - the children.
He is also a very hard worker. I can see that his eyes flow with ambition. He is definitely the type to work hard to achieve his goals - a great attribute for a teacher, as he works hard to better himself every day.Thomas is a lovely person and always has a positive and helpful attitude!
