About Alan
I am an experienced Project Management Professional working within the Aerospace & Defence sector. I offer career advice and maths tutoring to inspire students to shape their careers and the grades they want.
I graduated with a First Class Honour in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Manchester, passionate about aerospace systems integration and structural mechanics. Prior to university, I attained an A* in Maths in both GCSE and A levels, I possess the ability and patience to work with young pupils, through-provoking illustrations, and innovative approaches to demonstrate maths use in daily life. I will set homework after each lesson and once the student completes it, I mark it and give feedback. I love teaching and developing young pupils' interest in STEM subjects, and equally, I seek feedback to try to improve the learning experience for my pupils.

I enable students to develop the passion for problem solving through the stimulating starters, then teach and provide the necessary material for a specific topic. Finally, apply the learnt materials to tackle past paper questions together.
