Hello! Things never stay in a straight line, they go up or down. So I am sure that with a few sessions and some follow-up you will be able to manage stress consequently your feelings and emotions, finally managing to manage your life with positivity. We will do an initial session to see objectives to be achieved (It depends on each person), we set ourselves reasonable times and with it the actions to achieve it. It all depends a lot on the person :)
