About Stephanie
Hi! I'm a native speaker of both Cantonese and Mandarin, born and raised in Guangzhou. I have over 500 hours of experience teaching Cantonese (in Mandarin) and 150+ hours teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers. I'm currently studying Early Childhood Education at the University of Sydney. My goal is to support students as a learning partner—not just a traditional tutor. I embed language learning into daily life topics, making it easier for learners to use Cantonese naturally. Lessons are typically 30 minutes or 1 hour, depending on the learner’s age and needs. With 500+ hours teaching Cantonese and 150+ hours teaching Mandarin to non-native speakers, I create fun, practical, and personalised sessions for children, teens, and adults.
